SHIPPING POLICY

Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders across India, with no minimum purchase required.

Dispatch & Delivery: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2â3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and usually take 5â7 business days.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Non-Discounted Orders: All sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds or store credits for standard purchases once delivered in good condition.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products: In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we offer a full replacement or a complete refund.

Claim Window: You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

All sale, promotional, and discounted items are final sale.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any items purchased during a sale or with discount codes, unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
EXCHANGE POLICY (NON-SALE ITEMS ONLY)
While we do not offer standard returns or refunds for non-damaged items, we want to ensure your child gets the perfect fit. We offer size or style exchanges for full-priced items under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Exchange

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

Items must be in their original conditionâunused, unwashed, unsoiled, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Custom/Personalized Orders and Sale Items are not eligible for exchange.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it is dispatched, whichever is earlier.
