The Talkative Turtle

Once upon a time...

a turtle lived in a pond. Two Swans used to visit the same pond everyday. The turtle was very talkative. It used to talk to swans for a very long time. Turtle and Swans become good friends. All of them were happy.

Once there was a drought and it lasted for long time. As a result, the water in the pond got dry. There was no water for them to drink. The swans decided to move out to some other place. The turtle asked swans to take him alone with them.

The swans suggested a plan, according to which turtle would have to hold a piece of stick by its mouth and the swans will hold its two ends of that stick. They told the turtle not to speak otherwise it would fall and die. 

While crossing a village, many saw the turtle and got surprised. They shouted at the turtle and made fun of him. Turtle got angry and opened its mouth to speak. But as it opened its mouth, it fell down on the ground. The swans were very shocked to see their friend's end. The turtle died because of its impatience and foolishness.

CANCELLATION

If you have placed an order by mistake and want to cancel it, please email us immediately at storytailor.kids@gmail.com with 'ORDER CANCELLATION' in the subject line. Please mention your order number at the time of cancellation.

  • 1. If we have not yet dispatched your order, we will cancel the order and arrange for a complete refund within 7 working days.
  • 2. If you cancel your order after we ship out the product, shipping charges will be deducted, and you will be refunded for the item shopped.

Sometimes when you shop online, you may go wrong with the size you buy. Especially when you're buying pure cotton for babies. No worries! We are happy to exchange for size / design.

  • 1. You can raise a returns request, withing 7 days of receiving your order by emailing us at storytailor.kids@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91-9558515045.
  • 2. Please raise your returns request within 7 days of receiving your order
  • 3. Once we receive your returns request, we will co-ordinate with you.Please keep the item packed with original bill and tags.
  • 4. No return and exchange request would be accepted if it is raised after 7 days of receiving the shipment.
  • 5. All exchanges will be done after we receive the returns and check it for any damages.
  • 6. If you want to exchange your product with another product of lower value, we will ship the desired product / size. You will be issued a credit note for the balance amount, to use on your next purchase
  • 7. If you want to exchange your product with another design/product of higher value, we will send you a payment link for the balance amount. Upon payment, your new order will be confirmed and shipped out. COD is not available during exchange transactions.
  • 8. Products received back by us in a damaged state will not be eligible for an exchange

  • 7. If you have entered a wrong address / phone number and the product is returned to us, we will issue a refund after deducting the shipping and returns cost.

COD Undelivered Returns

We offer COD to all our customers across India. COD charges will be calculated at cart checkout. If you have ordered via COD but not accepted the delivery at final destination, we reserve the right to cancel further COD orders from your account. However, you can continue to place prepaid orders for easy shopping.

DAMAGED GOODS

If the good you receive are damaged then please mail us at storytailor.kids@gmail.com and attach a picture of the damaged product. We shall get in touch with you ASAP to help you return or exchange your product.

  • Do not soak, wring, scrub or tumble dry.
  • Squeeze gently to strain excess water.
  • Dry in shade.
  • Use a warm iron to get a wrinkle-free garment.
