Sometimes when you shop online, you may go wrong with the size you buy. Especially when you're buying pure cotton for babies. No worries! We are happy to exchange for size / design.
- 1. You can raise a returns request, withing 7 days of receiving your order by emailing us at storytailor.kids@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91-9558515045.
- 2. Please raise your returns request within 7 days of receiving your order
- 3. Once we receive your returns request, we will co-ordinate with you.Please keep the item packed with original bill and tags.
- 4. No return and exchange request would be accepted if it is raised after 7 days of receiving the shipment.
- 5. All exchanges will be done after we receive the returns and check it for any damages.
- 6. If you want to exchange your product with another product of lower value, we will ship the desired product / size. You will be issued a credit note for the balance amount, to use on your next purchase
- 7. If you want to exchange your product with another design/product of higher value, we will send you a payment link for the balance amount. Upon payment, your new order will be confirmed and shipped out. COD is not available during exchange transactions.
- 8. Products received back by us in a damaged state will not be eligible for an exchange
REFUNDS

- 7. If you have entered a wrong address / phone number and the product is returned to us, we will issue a refund after deducting the shipping and returns cost.
COD Undelivered Returns
We offer COD to all our customers across India.
COD charges will be calculated at cart checkout.
If you have ordered via COD but not accepted the delivery at final destination, we reserve the right to cancel further COD orders from your account. However, you can continue to place prepaid orders for easy shopping.
DAMAGED GOODS
If the good you receive are damaged then please mail us at storytailor.kids@gmail.com and attach a picture of the damaged product.
We shall get in touch with you ASAP to help you return or exchange your product.
